Do you need £1700 to help with a community project?
The Lions Club of Ipswich is looking for a Young Ambassador to represent Ipswich in a nationwide competition that recognises the work of young volunteers.
The person chosen represent Ipswich as Young Ambassador will be given £200 to spend on their chosen community project. The winner of the East Anglia heat will be awarded a £500 bursary, and the national winner will be awarded a £1000 bursary.
To enter you must be aged over 15 and under 19 on 30th June 2014. Be actively involved in voluntary work, either as a carer or mentor or helping to run a voluntary organisation (eg Scouts, Guides, Youth Club etc). And you must be able to attend regional and national selection events
