Subsidised 2 day training programme for customer facing employees - with training supported by ESF funding through the Skills Support for the Workforce project.
Gain a BTEC Level 2 Award in Customer Service (including WORLDHOST™WorldHost logo. Through this programme, we will get your staff to think about their own experiences of good and bad service, understand why their role has such an impact on your customers’ experience, and learn vital communication and listening skills that will set them up for success.
Subjects that will be covered include:
- The characteristics of customers and their expectations
- How customer service is delivered in organisations
- Customer Service practices and procedures
- Legislation and external regulations that relate to customer service
- How to deliver reliable customer service
- How to behave towards customers
- How to deal with customers’ queries, requests and problems
At the end of each day there will be assessments and successful completion will result in the learner not only achieving the BTEC Level 2 Award in Customer Service, but also the WORLDHOST™ certification.
WORLDHOST™ customer service training has been used to train over one million people worldwide. That includes tens of thousands of volunteers and staff at the London 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympics, who were widely praised for the fantastic welcome they gave to visitors.
By training 50 percent or more of your front-line staff , you can become a WORLDHOST™ Recognised Business. When you become WORLDHOST™ recognised, we’ll send you an official certificate to display in your business plus you can include our badge on your website.
There are programmes running at our sites in Bury St Edmunds (15 and 16 May 2014) and Ipswich (TBC), with more planned for these locations and Sudbury and Mildenhall, or you may prefer to have the training delivered at your business.
The cost of this training is £25 per person for those who are eligible for the ESF funding.
