All Maid2Clean’s cleaners undergo a vetting process to assess their reliability and honesty, including an interview in their own home and a check on at least 2 references. With the weekly or fortnightly cleaning service you also have the opportunity to interview your selected home cleaner, and only once you’re happy will that person become your regular home cleaner.

If your regular cleaner is taken ill or has holiday during your regular cleaning service Maid2Clean Suffolk will arrange cover for the absence period. And of course if you wish to change your cleaner at any time that’s no problem.

Regular Cleans
Once you’re satisfied that Maid2Clean have found the right person for you, you can then mutually arrange a regular day and time for your regular cleaning sessions.
There are no long contracts to sign; Maid2Clean (Suffolk) Ltd simply ask for 2 months’ notice which usually just results in one further agency fee payment, should you wish to end your service. This allows them to arrange new cleaning work for their maids who, after all, rely on the income like anyone else. Full terms and conditions are available on their website.
Since most people prefer to specify the cleaning products used in their homes, Maid2Clean only use those products you supply, plus your own vacuum cleaner and other small appliances.

One-off Cleans
The majority of clients go for the regular cleaning service, but for those that only want a one-time clean Maid2Clean can deliver this too. It’s perfect for a spring clean, or cleaning up after a special event… or maybe before!
A one-off clean lasts from 2 to 5 hours and, if it’s a big job, two cleaners can be provided so they can really “blitz” the place (in a good way). As with regular cleans, the maids will use your products, equipment and materials.
The cost of this service is based on an affordable per-hour rate plus a one-off agency fee.
