If you are looking for great home-cooked food, served by a family of friendly staff, in comfortable surroundings then look no further than JaCey’s Coffee House.
Situated in the heart of Ipswich JaCey’s Coffee House really is a family business with home-cooking at its core. Run by husband and wife team, Jackie and Colin, and supported by daughters Amy and Katie, this Coffee House is a well-established and popular eatery in Ipswich.
JaCeys was established in 1999 by Colin and Jackie, who are both qualified chefs. The Coffee House is managed by the family, with Colin leading on the front of house, whilst Jackie ensures the kitchen area runs smoothly and efficiently.
All food on the premises is home-made, and much of the produce is locally sourced, such as cheeses from Memorable Cheeses, and sausages from Procter’s, both in the town centre.
JaCey’s is open seven days a week:

If you are not sure what to chose, then why not try JaCey’s Speciality, the Jacey’s Melt. An idea which was born following a visit that Colin and Jackie made to Bermuda, it is the House favourite.

JaCey’s alcohol licence is now in place and a new drinks menu is available including beer, wine and liqueur coffees. Do try the Calypso, dark smooth espresso based coffee, laced with Tia Maria and floated with cream.
Many customers have been regulars since the Coffee House first opened, and Colin and Jackie have seen young children grow into adults who now come to the Coffee House with their own friends and families.
The quality of cooking at JaCey’s Coffee House has attracted lots of customers over the years and a number of famous faces, Martijn Reuser, a former striker at Ipswich Town Football Club, was a regular at Jacey’s, and claimed that the Cajun Prawn melt was the key to helping him to score! However, Colin isn’t sure that JaCey’s can take the credit for the goal scoring success of the ITFC but does take the credit for being a champion of freshly prepared home-cooking and providing high quality customer service that ensures customers return time and time again.
